Subscription Terms

Version: 1.2.0 Effective date: 2026-06-30

These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply to paid subscriptions to Spark Pro and Spark Power.

1. Plans

Specific prices are shown at purchase and on spark-rm.com/pricing. Annual plans are discounted compared with 12 monthly renewals.

2. Introductory offers

If an introductory offer or free trial is offered with your plan, the length and price are displayed at purchase. At the end of the introductory period, your subscription auto-renews at the listed price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. You will be charged through your Apple or Google account at the price shown at purchase or the most recent price displayed in-app before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

4. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. In short: App Store refunds go through Apple, and Google Play refunds go through Google. Spark does not issue refunds outside the platform process except where required by law.

5. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will notify you before the change applies to your subscription as required by Apple, Google, or applicable law. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Tier limits

Paid tiers unlock higher limits than the Free tier, including AI-enabled contacts, daily suggestions, context requests, and Spark credits. Current limits are listed on spark-rm.com/pricing and in the app. If we materially reduce a paid benefit, we will provide the notice or remedy required by your platform or applicable law.

7. Cancellation effects

When you cancel:

8. Disputes about charges

Contact Apple first for App Store purchases and Google first for Google Play purchases. For escalation, email legal@spark-rm.com.
