These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply to paid subscriptions to Spark Pro.
1. Plans
- Spark Pro Monthly — recurring monthly subscription
- Spark Pro Annual — recurring annual subscription (discounted vs. 12 months of Monthly)
Specific prices are shown at the point of purchase and on mauve.app/pricing.
2. Free trial
If a free trial is offered with your plan, the trial length is displayed at purchase. At the end of your free trial, your subscription auto-renews at the listed price unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial via the iOS Settings app (Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play subscription settings — the cancellation is effective at the end of the trial period.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged through your App Store or Google Play account at the price shown at purchase or the most recent price displayed in-app at least 30 days before the renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your platform's subscription settings:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Account → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
4. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In short: all refunds on iOS go through Apple; on Android, through Google. We do not issue refunds outside the platform's process except in jurisdictions where we are required to by law.
5. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. If we do, we'll notify you at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. Tier limits
Pro unlocks higher limits than the Free tier (AI contact count, daily suggestions, etc.). The current limits are listed on mauve.app/pricing and in the app. We may adjust limits over time; if we materially reduce a Pro benefit, we'll notify you and offer to cancel for a prorated refund.
7. Cancellation effects
When you cancel:
- Pro continues until the end of the current billing period
- After expiry, your account reverts to Free-tier limits
- Your data is unchanged; AI-enabled contacts may exceed the Free limit until you manually disable some
8. Disputes about charges
