iOS subscriptions
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's policies — not ours — govern eligibility and timing.
Android subscriptions
All payments are processed by Google Play. Refund requests within 48 hours of purchase can typically be made through Google Play. After 48 hours, contact legal@mauve.app and we'll consider on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions
We will issue refunds outside the platform process where required by law (e.g., EU 14-day withdrawal right, certain US state consumer-protection laws). Contact legal@mauve.app with your account email and order details.
What we won't refund
- Partial use of a billing period (annual subscriptions are non-prorated unless required by law)
- Charges incurred more than 90 days ago
- Refunds for users who violated the Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, automation)
