App Store subscriptions
Spark subscriptions purchased on iOS are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's policies, not Spark's, govern eligibility and timing.
Android subscriptions
Spark subscriptions purchased on Android are processed by Google Play Billing. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play's refund process. Google's policies, not Spark's, govern eligibility and timing.
Exceptions
Spark will issue refunds outside the platform process only where required by law. Contact legal@spark-rm.com with your account email and order details if you believe a legal exception applies.
What we usually cannot refund
- Partial use of a billing period
- Charges Apple or Google declines to refund
- Charges incurred more than 90 days ago, unless law requires otherwise
- Refunds for users who violated the Terms of Service
