This EULA governs your use of the Spark application ("the App").
1. Grant of license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use the App to build a competing product or service
- Use AI outputs from the App to train AI models
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the App
3. Ownership
We retain all right, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights.
4. App Store / Play Store
This EULA is between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. The App may include third-party software subject to its own licenses; those licenses are linked from within the App where required.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the App.
