Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content stored in Spark infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material to be removed and information sufficient for us to locate it
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
