Spark is a personal relationship assistant. Use it for thoughtful, reviewed communication, not spam, scraping, surveillance, or abuse.
You may not use Spark to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, shame, or exploit another person.
- Send or prepare illegal, discriminatory, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Automate bulk outreach, drip campaigns, lead generation, or sales-sequence behavior.
- Upload contacts or personal data you do not have a lawful right to use.
- Scrape Gmail, LinkedIn, social networks, directories, or other third-party services through Spark.
- Attempt to bypass subscription limits, usage limits, security controls, or rate limits.
- Reverse-engineer Spark, probe its systems, or interfere with service availability.
- Use Spark outputs, prompts, or responses to train or benchmark competing AI systems.
- Upload malware, infringing content, or content that violates another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
